Ron Hultgren, Partner is a gifted presenter, facilitator, and leadership specialist with over 25 years working with clients large and small.
Ron has a passion for helping leaders build high performance organizations through the use of authentic action and trust based influence. As practitioner, teacher, and consultant Ron is able to discern the root causes to issues from their presenting symptoms and to map out long term solutions to complex problems. Ron's work moves solutions from strategy to implementation through action teams that apply leadership principles and drive organizational unity, alignment, and performance.
Ron teaches on dozens of topics with a few being: six steps to aligned action, influencing for unity, how to bring about change, and, the three innate elements of all motivation. His strategy process was listed by fortune 100 executives as the best they had ever experienced and his Authentic Action program has been implemented at several universities, and within many organizations. Ron's coaching centers around action teams and performance, and implementing design processes for leadership development.
Dr. Hultgren earned his PhD from the University of Sydney in leadership and leadership development processes. His Masters work, also from the University of Sydney, focused on motivation and how knowledge is transferred and applied. Undergraduate studies in theology and communications, at Bethel University, round out his studies linking ethical applications to workplace situations.
